In today’s episode, we start with an overview of the grieving process and the unique issues facing parents who suffer the death of their child.
What an amazing podcast. I am glad to see you are healing and pray you and and your family remain in that process
Dear Marcy, all of your podcasts are GREAT. But this one was great in a different, special sort of way. I’ve not lost a child, but witnessed a close friend crying those “guttural” cries. I’ve never forgotten the experience, but after listening to this, I look back on it as a “normalized reaction,” and feel better informed and ready should I a witness this reaction in someone else in the future. Also, I always appreciate your complete honesty on your podcasts, which is one of the reasons they’re always so good. Please, know Marcy, that you are fulfilling your purpose beyond, I think, what you could know. Thank you, thank you, Carol
Just listened to this. Thank you. I could definitely relate. My mom also died during my Junior year of college. And I recently lost my 20 year old son.
Wow. I certainly understand that. I am so sorry that you have to walk this path as well.
